PACE designed and implemented a stormwater plan to address the city’s infrastructure and regulatory issues, manage current and future runoff needs, and perform responsible long-term fiscal planning. Plan components included mapping existing and future drainage sub-basins, developing a CIP, creating a stormwater model, developing a system development charge protocol, and proper adherence to DEQ TMDL and NPDES Phase II requirements.
