This residential development features 295 units across four buildings and around 75,000 SF of open space. This space includes an indoor recreation center, outdoor exercise area, playground, dog run, gathering spaces, and a public trail with an overlook. PACE provided landscape design services, including feasibility studies, site planning, landscape design, right-of-way improvements, and interpretive signage.
We designed six distinct outdoor spaces for various recreational activities, offering excellent views of the Cascade Mountain Range along the eastern boundary. We collaborated with sign designers to create interpretive signs explaining the area’s geology and climate. Additionally, we worked with engineers to improve site drainage and provide vegetation for two stormwater dispersion swales.
