PACE provided a boundary, utility, and topographic survey for the redevelopment of the 65-acre Issaquah High School campus and transportation facility. PACE located all visible surface features and underground pipes and conduits and obtained, reviewed, and compared record design drawings and as-built records with the field-surveyed locations. Property corners were set and a Record of Survey was prepared and recorded with King County.
