PACE facilitated the City of Mountlake Terrace’s Civic Center project, which involved constructing a new 18,000 SF City Hall on the former City Hall site and expanding the existing police station by approximately 3,100 SF. The project also included a public space at the corner of 232nd Street and 58th Avenue West to serve as a community gathering area for civic events.

Our team provided boundary and topographic mapping and schematic and final design for various site improvements. These improvements covered frontage enhancements, ADA curb ramps, water and sewer systems, grading, storm drainage, and temporary erosion and sedimentation control plans. Our drainage design complemented previous stormwater management efforts completed during the library construction.

This project created a more functional and community-focused Civic Center for Mountlake Terrace.
