PACE prepared plans and specifications for a 4.3 MG steel reservoir to meet the city’s future domestic and fire-flow needs. Design included interior and exterior epoxy coating, flexible expansion joints to protect inlet and outlet connections from seismic damage, a cathodic protection system, and a Tideflex® mixing system to prevent short-circuiting, stagnation, and dead zones. PACE designed an on-site overflow detention pond to contain site runoff and accidental overflow.
