In June, Rosanna Brown, PE, and Tyler Christofferson, PE, transitioned to lead our Land Development group.

As our Land Development Manager, Rosanna leads the growth of the land development group in many markets, including Commercial, Industrial, Senior Care Facilities, Residential, Mixed-use, and Multifamily developments. Beyond her role, she is also a volunteer/appointed position on the Snohomish County Planning Commission. A few of Brown’s significant projects include several Aegis Living Facilities, the Traverse apartment complex in North Bend, and the Zinnia Apartments in Shoreline.

Tyler Christofferson, PE, is now a Principal Engineer assisting in leading the land development group. Tyler uses his technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills to manage many projects and mentor junior staff. Tyler’s recent project experience includes Terrace Station in Mountlake Terrace, Covington Connector in Covington, and The Villas at Beardslee in Bothell.
