PACE has designed numerous pump stations and reservoirs and miles of transmission/distribution main improvements. Our experience includes source facilities, treatment design, ULIDs, developer extensions, water system isolation, water main improvements, and pump station planning, as well as associated permits, designs, and construction engineering. In addition to design, we also provide permits, environmental review and documentation, and various studies and planning documents.
As on-call engineers for many utility districts, PACE provides day-to-day services, including design and review of developer extensions, preparation of Certificates of Availability, system modeling, etc. PACE has also developed “Developer Extension Agreement” manuals and guidelines for several water system clients.
PACE staff members are also extremely familiar with the Water Use Efficiency Rule and Water Management and Conservation Plans. This issue is addressed in the water system plans we prepare, as well as annual CCR and WUE reports. PACE has acted as a special consultant for various water utilities, assisting them in establishing their conservation goals and developing measures to meet their goals.
